Low-Carb Spicy Tuna patties by Mum Goes Nuts

Ingredients

  • Tuna
  • Mayonnaise
  • Eggs
  • Kawki
  • Bell pepper
  • Shredded carrots
  • Spring onion
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Feta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil.

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, eggs, and kawki. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the bell pepper, shredded carrots, spring onion, breadcrumbs, feta, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties or fritters.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and lightly brush with olive oil.
  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
  • Serve warm with a squeeze of lime juice and your favorite dipping sauce!
