Spicy Orange Glazed Salmon (Using Xemxi) by OMG Food Malta

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Xemxi orange jam
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sesame seeds & coriander for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix Xemxi, soy sauce, ginger, and olive oil.
  • Brush over salmon and bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander.
  • Serve with some salad on the side.
